While "team" is likely the most frequently used word in organizations, it encompasses a wide range of meanings and interpretations. To clarify this term, I always turn to the work of Katzenbach and Smith, which serves as an essential starting point for anyone looking to build a team, especially a high-performing one.The book made me fall in love with the concept of a great team, reaffirming what I have always believed: teams are the most powerful vehicle for achieving performance and the most productive tool available to management.
