Senior Leadership Teams

I don’t know how many had this chance, but I was lucky enough to live the dream of being part of a great team: the team of team coaches, at the Entreprenation Academy. We didn’t get there by chance, we did it consciously and intentionally, by design. We build something together that will last beyond the official team. We became friends in the pursuit of performance.

This book helped me a lot in the design process, not only for my team but also in my work with various senior leadership teams across Romania. In many cases, that experience has been transformative.

It offers a well-researched framework that promises to enhance team performance by up to 80%.
