Jarlath O'Brien has been a teacher for two decades and has worked in comprehensive, selective independent and special schools, including as Headteacher/Executive Headteacher since 2011. In Jarlath's first headship he and his team improved behaviour from 'Requires Improvement' to 'Outstanding' in fifteen months. He is a behaviour columnist for the TES. Jarlath is also proud to be a former Special Constable with Thames Valley Police.
